Ingredients
- 1 8 oz dried bow tie pasta
- ¾ lb spicy Italian sausage links
- 2 red bell peppers
- ½ cup beef broth
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return pasta to pan. Meanwhile, cut sausage into 1-inch pieces. Cut red bell peppers into small pieces. Cook sausage and bell pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat until sausage is brown. Drain off fat. Add beef broth to skillet. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes uncovered. Remove from heat. Toss pasta with sausage mixture. Eat!!
