Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2 lbs confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cake paraffin wax
- 1 large pkg chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine softened margarine and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Add confectioners sugar and vanilla. Mixture will be very stiff and may have to be mixed with hands. Roll in balls about the size of bubble gum balls and place on waxed paper. In a double broiler melt the paraffin wax and chocolate chips. Using a fork, dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper. Yields about 150 peanut butter balls. Store in refrigerator.
