Ingredients
- 1 medium potato
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 box confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Boil potato, skin on, until done. Remove skin, mash potato in a bowl. Add sugar and stir until a dough like consistency. Roll out on waxed paper. Spread peanut butter on top of potato dough. Roll into a log and cut into 1/4 inch wide pieces.
