Pork Chops and Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

  • 5 pork chops
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • cups milk
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Salt and pepper 5 lean and tender pork chops. Roll in flour and brown in hot oil. Mix 1 can of mushroom soup with 1½ cups of milk and pour over chops. Turn heat to simmer and cook in tightly covered skillet for approximately 25-30 minutes. Place chops on platter and pour gravy over. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Can serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
