Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • cups milk or broth or ¾ cup of each
  • 1 pkg dressing mix
  • More broth for the dressing mix to make moist

Instructions

  • Cook chicken breast until done. Strip meat and cut up in chunks. Butter bottom of a 9 x 13 dish. Spread chicken over bottom. Combine chicken soup, mushroom or celery soup. Add the milk or broth. Add chunk of melted butter and enough broth to the dressing mix, enough to make mixture moist. Let stand 10 minutes. Pour by spoonfuls onto top or pat out in cakes and cover mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
